Developed from our organic Rosé d’une Nuit cuvée
The alcohol, contained in the wine, is extracted by vacuum distillation, meaning evaporation at a maximum of 35-40°C, in order not to alter the wine and preserve all its aromas.

Low temperature pressing, pressurized presses.
Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tank
Aging in thermoregulated stainless steel tank on fine lees to preserve the fruit and freshness and bring volume to the palate.
